In I Woke Up Next To You Again you play a man or woman who finds themselves drawn to a lover who really isn’t good for you. You meet up and have a one night fling, but you always end up bumping into them when you’re out in town and the temptation is always there to let hook up again.
How the story plays out is up to you, with four different endings depending on your choices. This isn’t a love story, it’s an allegory for addiction of all kinds and it can be surprisingly hard to say ‘no’, especially as the beautiful artwork makes saying ‘yes’ so alluring. Love really is a drug in this thought provoking little game. Highly recommended.
