Created for the “a jam about time” jam, A Day in the Office is an inventive little point and click adventure set within a very strange workplace. You’ve recently got a jab at an office, and although your co-workers are friendly(ish) and the office looks normal, there’s something definitely off about it…
Perhaps the biggest indication that something’s wrong is that your boss is about 8 foot tall and literally has a clock for a face. There’s also the fact that nobody really knows how the business actually does business and that the work schedule is pretty weird. Oh, and there’s the small matter of you being able to travel through time by using the calendar on the notice-board!
Taking around 15 minutes to play through, it’s a fun little game with an interesting premise and inventive puzzle design. The way you can travel through time and visit the office on five different days of the week a clever touch and it really comes in handy as you unravel the weird story of your strange workplace.
