A Door is a Window is a stylish minimalist experimental game that sees you exploring a network of empty rooms connected by doors.
Taking just a few minutes to play through, A Door is a Window is a strange, surreal and serene little experience. In it you travel through a series of interconnected rooms which are usually empty bar a short message in it such as “where are you going?” or “I’ve made so many mistakes”. Along the way you’re given the illusion of choice, but no matter which route you take you’ll be taken to the same destination.
It’s hard to decipher what the exact message behind A Door is a Window is, but it seems to be that you should take your time and not worry about making mistakes – your choices take you to where you’re meant to be anyway. Or it could just be a stylish little experience with some empty rooms and some doors. Either way it’s an interesting experience, well worth checking out.
