AGORA is an unsettling liminal space inspired horror game that explores themes of agoraphobia as you explore a vast impossible forest.
In AGORA you are out for a dusk/dawn stroll through a snow-covered forest. It’s a very peaceful place and a perfect place to clear your head, but then you start to discover a series of increasingly unsettling notes, and there’s an unshakable feeling that you’re being followed…
Taking around thirty minutes to play through, AGORA is a game of two halves – one set in the forests and the rest set within a cabin. The second half is good (though a few too many jump-scares), but the forest section is definitely the highlight, with the mist-covered trees, strange sightings and notes making for a very eerie and atmospheric experience. The mysterious warehouse is particularly intriguing, hopefully we’ll be able to learn more about it in a future update!
