ALONE is a freaky Japanese horror game where you attempt to uncover lost memories in a creepy old mansion that’s haunted by a grotesque bloody monster.
The actual narrative of ALONE is hard to decipher as all the dialogue is in Japanese, but it has something to do with uncovering lost memories). It’s still a very scary experience though, which sees you exploring an old mansion, solving puzzles and trying to escape. You’re not alone in the mansion though – there’s a grotesque bloody monster that may not be too keen on letting you leave.
Taking around 15 minutes to play through, there are two endings to ALONE, neither of which makes too much sense if you don’t know Japanese, but it’s an entertaining little horror game nonetheless. It has a nice mixture of puzzles and horror and there are some very freaky moments throughout. A freaky little japanese oddity well worth checking out.
