An Ordinary Fishing Trip is a short cosmic horror fishing game where you do a little fishing to help stave off the end of the world.
In An Ordinary Fishing Trip you find yourself sitting by the side of a lake with your fishing rod on a summery day. It’s all pretty peaceful, except for a massive fiery ball that’s heading for the Earth. It will hit the Earth and you will die, but if you manage to harvest enough blood from the fish then you’ll be able to offer it as a sacrifice and rewind time. So the more you fish, the longer you’ll be able to avoid the inevitable. You’ll also be able to buy some upgrades to make this a little easier too.
It’s a very stylish little game with an interesting blend of calming fishing and apocalyptic anxiety. IT’s also very addictive and will see you fishing for every extra second you can get!
