Antenna Dilemma is a witty satirical point and click adventure that follows the adventures of a TV addicted grey cube whose life is turned upside down when a red sphere crashlands on his roof.
We previously featured Antenna Dilemma on Free Game Planet when it was a game jam prototype, but since then it’s been fleshed out significantly for its release on Steam. It takes place in a TV addicted civilization inhabited by grey cubes that just sit and watch TV all day at the behest of their government.
The catchily named C432632 is one of these TV addicted cubes, but one day he loses his signal and sets out to fix his antenna. What follows is an eye opening adventure that may make C432632 realise that there’s more to life than TV and that the government has some particularly nefarious reasons for encouraging TV addiction.
Antenna Dilemma: Chapter 1 takes around 30 minutes to play through and really impresses with its witty writing, quirky characters and the little details of strange grey bureaucratic cubic civilization that C432632 lives in. It’ll be fun to see how he copes when he realises what’s really going on in the upcoming chapters of Antenna Dilemma.
