Baby Labor is a surreal, funny and oddly unsettling little narrative adventure where things start to go very wrong for you after hiring a baby into your workplace.
In Baby Labor you take on the role of a mid-level worker at an unnamed workplace who has just hired a baby to work there. Every now and again you’ll catch up with them and have a conversation as the baby makes his unlikely ascension through the workplace and your career goes off the rails (largely thanks to the baby).
Taking around 10 minutes to play through, Baby Labor is a wonderfully weird little adventure with a hilarious premise and some bizarre twists. There could perhaps be something more to read into it (such as ageism in the workplace or the dangers of allowing a big baby into a place of power), but even if there is no underlying message it’s a wonderfully absurd adventure well worth checking out.

Literally a Marxist propaganda game about white male privilege in the workplace before going full Bolsheviks Revolution, using this white shirtless baby as a stand-in for nepotist corporate new hires growth and, apparently, in the end, a stand in for Russians and Germans as an allegory to the Tsar and Reich prior to their downfall.
Zero subtlety in every regard.
