Bad Flesh is a remarkably unsettling super low rez horror game where you earth the good flesh and avoid eating the bad flesh.
Created for the Low Rez Jam 2023 with a resolution of just 64×64 pixels, Bad Flesh is a very weird five minute horror game where you partake in a little cannibalism. You are presented with a series of infected bodies and have to pick out the healthy parts that you can eat. As things progress the bodies get more deformed and things get a lot weirder.
The actual gameplay in Bad Flesh is pretty basic, but it’s got an incredible (Yames-esque) atmosphere and the low-rez pixel art style manages to deliver just enough detail to really freak you out. The flesh may be bad, but the game is remarkably good.
