Ball of Duty: Modern Bowlfare is a fun little oddity that sees you using grenades to play a round of ten-pin bowling in an urban CoD: Modern Warfare-style warzone.
In Ball of Duty: Modern Bowlfare your aim is to rack up as high a score as possible while playing a round of ten-pin bowling. It plays much like a game of regular ten-pin bowling, but rather than using a bowling ball you use a hand grenade and rather than using a bowling alley the pins are set up in an urban combat setting.
Playing ten-pin bowling with a grenade rather than a bowling ball does have its advantages, mainly the large explosion that can cause some serious destruction, but the urban combat setting does make things trickier too. Some pins are hard to reach, some are hidden out of view and some require some serious trickshots to pull off those elusive strikes.
It’s a simple, but fun fusion of ten-pin bowling and physics based destruction. There’s a real satisfaction to be had from pulling off those impossible looking strikes and it’s good practice for grenade throwing in CoD too!
