Burger & Frights is a terrifying PS1 styled first person horror game where you have an eventful trip as you ride your bike home from a burger restaurant on a very dark night.
Created by Donitz (creator of the excellent Dreader) Burger & Frights starts with you sitting on a bike outside a roadside burger restaurant. You’ve just picked up a takeaway and now have a short bike ride home before you can tuck into your meal. Or at least it should be a short ride – it seems that there’s something very wrong tonight…
Taking around 20 minutes to play through, your bike ride home in Burger & Frights takes some very surprising, scary and surreal turns. It’s very well made and each time you think you’ve seen the freakiest thing the game has to offer it pulls something even nastier out to torment you. It’s got a very tense atmosphere and you feel very vulnerable as the light from your little bike carves its way through the darkness. Highly recommended.
