Cain is an atmospheric first person horror game where you sit in front of a TV and play a cursed video game on an old console.
In Cain you are a kid who is sitting cross-legged in front of their TV holding a joystick, ready to play a video game called Cain. There are rumors of a massacre at the studio that developed the game and disappearances have been linked to it, but surely you’ll be fine…
The core gameplay in Cain is the actual platforming game you’re playing on the TV. You can use the mouse to look around you (and see creepy occurrences), but you progress the game by completing the platforming levels. The platforming offers a nice amount of challenge while also introducing some creepy elements, such as graphical glitches, creepy sprites and other nice touches. It all combines to make a very tense and atmospheric little horror experience well worth checking out.
