Capacity is a tricky little precision splatformer where a droid tries to avoid overcharging or running out of battery as it escapes a doomed star-cruiser.
Created for the Go Godot Jam 2, Capacity is a fast paced little platformer where too much of a good thing can be very bad for you. In the game you take on the role of a little droid who is attempting to escape from a severely damaged star-cruiser before it explodes. To do this you need to make your way through each single-screen level collecting keys and avoiding hazards along the way.
There is a big problem though – your little droid can only hold a small amount of battery charge. The levels are lined with charging plates that you can use to boost your battery by staying in contact with them, but you have to be careful not to overcharge and explode.
It’s a tricky little game with challenging level design and a need to keep constantly moving (stand still for too long and you’ll either run out of battery or overcharge). The pixel art visuals are also excellent and your little droid controls really well. See if you can escape the star-cruiser in one piece!
