Conan Room is a creepy isometric pixel art horror adventure with a P.T.-eque looping corridor that alters as you descend into madness.
The narrative of Conan Room takes place in a family home that’s been struck by tragedy. Your partner was killed and as you try to deal with it as you wander through the looping hallway of your house. As you progress you learn more of the narrative via a diary on your bed and the occasional phone call, all the while your surroundings warp as you deal with feelings of regret, fear and repentance.
There are three endings to Conan Room (which seem to be triggered by when you read the diary) and the playthroughs can be quite different each time. There are a few minor translation issues but it’s a tense little game that makes for an interesting take on the P.T. looping corridor concept, with some excellent pixel art animation and a dark narrative. Highly recommended.
