Cyberpet Graveyard is another bat-sh*t crazy work of genious from Nathalie Lawhead (creator of Anatomically Incorrect Dinosaurs, ARMAGAD and The Monkey Fortunetell), that sees you delving into a file archive containing lots of long forgotten cyberpets.
The game files don’t just contain the code for the game in Cyberpet Graveyard, they ARE the game. There’s no single .exe file to open, instead you trawl through the file system and see what you uncover. There’s a lot in there – including a file-based adventure game that sees you exploring a spooky forest and an old house, as well as a whole bunch of bizarre little cyberpets that have been locked away since the early 00’s.
It’s a very strange experience, and as you trawl through the archive you’ll discover more about the odd little cyberpets, the people who made them and why they’ve been locked up in the Cyberpet Graveyard for so long. They’re cute little creatures, but they sure can be a nuisance!
