Dichotomy is a cleverly crafted narrative-driven pixel art puzzle adventure where you venture into a castle of illusions in search of a valuable treasure for your King.
In Dichotomy you take control of a royal subject who has been commanded to enter a castle of illusions and bring back a treasure for the King. Each room of the castle contains a puzzle which needs to be solved before moving on and a magical mirror which mirrors your movements, but has some slight differences in the room that it depicts. There are a variety of different types of puzzle and to solve each one you’ll need to work alongside your reflection.
Taking around 20 minutes to play through, Dichotomy features an interesting narrative and a simple, but elegant pixel art visual style. The puzzle design is particularly impressive, with a variety of different styles of puzzles, requiring a nice mixture of experimentation, observation and logic to solve.
