Echoes from the Abyss is a slow-burn first person horror adventure where you search an abandoned military bunker to unravel a dark secret that tormented your father.
In Echoes from the Abyss you are the daughter of a former soldier who was always haunted by the memories of his time stationed in an underground research facility. You have found the now abandoned facility and you venture in in search of answers.
As you explore the facility you’ll need to search for useful items and solve tricky puzzles. Along the way you’ll find notes and a trail of dead bodies that help you piece together what happened there.
The ending is a bit of an anticlimax, but the rest of the game is very impressive. The puzzles are cleverly designed, the environmental design is packed full of great little touches and the monster appearances are very freaky. And a nice touch is that you can decide to just nope out of there anytime you like!
