for Give is a surreal and disturbing first person experience where you explore a bizarre out-of-focus world filled with the idle introspections of guilty spirits.
More of an interactive art piece than a game, for Give is a thoroughly bizarre experience full of high contrast visuals, minor jump scares, loud noises and strange creatures. It’s an equally beautiful and unsettling place and your presence there appears to corrupt it. As you travel through the three different sections of the world you can interact with some of the creatures and speak to spirits who impart a little knowledge to you.
It’s a thoroughly confusing and unsettling experience, but also captivating and occasionally beautiful. You feel very much like an intruder that’s spreading a corruption wherever you walk, but you can’t help but explore the strange world of For Give, even if you’re destroying it by doing do.
