Hallowed Candy is a simple, but addictive single screen action platformer that sees you collecting candy and three Mystic Keys as you fend off hordes of zombies.
Looking for a slice of spooky arcade action this All Hallows Eve? Hallowed Candy has you covered as you pumpkin-headed witch attempts to survive and score as many points as possible against increasingly challenging zombie hordes and vampire bats.
The gameplay in Hallowed Candy is fairly simple – you can walk, jump and shoot zombies with your wand. The zombies start off fairly easy but as you progress they take a lot more shots to dispatch and can soon become overwhelming. There are also bats that swoop in from the side of the screen, which are invincible, so you have to try and dodge them.
Your main goal is to survive, collect candy and earn as much points as possible, but every now and again a Mystic Key will spawn. If you manage to collect three keys you’ll unlock a mysterious special bonus that’ll earn you a cool 50,000 points. You can also trade points for extra lives in the vending machine, but they’re quite pricey so you may only want to do it if you’re close to getting three Mystic Keys.
It’s a simple, fun and very addictive little Halloween themed arcade game, well worth checking out for some candy-scoffing zombie-zapping fun. A great little treat to check out this Halloween.
