Heart Of The Killer is a fantastic cartoon horror adventure where a mystery shopper stays in a dream hotel that turns into a nightmare.
Heart of the Killer is the eighth in the series of standalone “Of The Killer” Games, all of which are excellent little self-contained stories following the adventures of a zine-loving girl called BB. In this instalment BB finds herself staying in a strange hotel that’s filled with questionnaires and possible romance choices. It’s clear the hotel owner is up to something shady – are they just trying to help you find love or are they up to something more nefarious?
Each instalment of the Of The Killer games keeps getting better and Heart Of The Killer is no different. It’s packed full of witty dialogue, weird characters and surreal adventure as usual, but the environmental design and the soundtrack really are a step up, and there are some very clever surprises along the way. If you didn’t already love BB before, Heart Of The killer will make you fall head over heels for her. Highly recommended.
