Henry is a Normal Cube is a very funny little Stanley Parable and Thomas Was Alone inspired narrative-driven platforming game, where a normal cube goes on an abnormal adventure.
In Henry is a Normal Cube you control a normal looking little cube called Henry who sets out on an adventure through a series of branching levels. As in The Stanley Parable, the whole game is narrated by an all-seeing narrator who often gives you directions for where to go – which you can blatantly ignore to comic effect. Your decisions affect how the game plays out, which levels you encounter and how irate the narrator gets, and ultimately they affect which ending you will get.
Taking around 10 minutes to play through, Henry is a Normal Cube is a great little game that’s packed full of clever twists, fun gags and silly easter eggs. There’s lots to discover on your adventures and the narration is excellent throughout. Highly recommended.
