Immanence is a creepy and surreal point and click adventure that blends elements of cosmic horror and technology as learn a dark story about people that never existed and a sick city going insane.
In Immanence you follow the story of a sole survivor of an apocalyptic event called the Stigmata. It may already be too late for mankind and it seems you’ve been infected too. As you try to figure out what’s going on and how to stop it you unravel a horrifying story that blends psychological horror, technology and a cosmic entity.
Taking around an hour to play through, Immanence does have a few little rough edges and some of the puzzles can be a little obscure, but it’s a fascinating experience that keeps you captivated from start to finish. The pixel artwork is excellent, the story is very dark and the soundtrack really helps build a tense and foreboding atmosphere. Highly recommended.
