Impeached! Is a very funny little satirical game that puts you in the role of the “President of The United Republic of the People’s Territories of States” and sees you signing bizarre executive orders and defending them as the media pose probing questions.
In each round of Impeached! you are handed two executive orders and must decide which one to sign. The orders are pretty strange, such as ‘cars can only go fast’ or ‘rich people get free monocles’, but to be honest there’s a certain real life President that should probably sign off on them without batting an eyelid. Once you’ve signed your executive order you then have to field questions from the press about them. Your answers affect your ratings (and eventually cause you to be impeached) so you may want to deliberate over your answers, but it’s just as fun to pick the funniest ones!
Impeached! does suffer a little from lack of variety of Executive Orders and the ratings system is a little shallow, but it’s a great little game with charming cartoony visuals and a wicked sense of humor. Well worth checking out for some preposterous presidential lampoonery.
