Just Before The Swarm is a short and surreal VHS styled first person horror adventure where you explore a strange, shifting environment whilst searching for keys and avoiding a weird bag-headed monster.
Taking just a few minutes to play through, Just Before The Swarm places you within a strange minimalist grey building environment where the walls can shift when you’re not looking. To find your way through the building you’ll need to search for secret passages and hidden keys, which may be tricky as you’re not alone in there…
You’re never sure what is going on or who the mysterious bag-headed monster that chases you is, but it’s a very unsettling experience. It’s a short but wonderfully atmospheric horror adventure with a cool retro VHS aesthetic and some excellent audio design that really gets under your skin.
