Lazarus is a very short and intense survival horror game where you’ve been blown out of an airlock and must get back to the ship before you run out of Oxygen.
In Lazarus your shipmates thought you were a “sus” traitor and voted to throw you out of the airlock. They have since figured out that Red was the traitor, and are happy to have you back onboard, but first you’ll have to get there!
Getting back to the ship requires a clear head, a little multitasking and careful use of your thrusters. You can tilt, thrust and brake, but they all use oxygen. You can collect oxygen tanks to refil yours, but(by the time you spot oxygen tanks you’ll usually have hurtled past them. Also, Red is out there looking to sabotage your return and all the while you need to keep remembering to breathe by pressing and releasing the spacebar.
It would be nice if the suit was a little more manoeuvrable and the oxygen tanks were a little more visible, but other than that it’s a fun little game that delivers an intense bite-sized survival horror experience. The opening is especially strong and really hits home if you’ve ever been blown out of an airlock in Among Us!
