Lets Go! Baby! Friends World is a very inventive little online PS1 styled horror adventure set inside a cursed old massively multiplayer netgame from 2001, where everyone is a weird looking baby!
Created by Feverdream Johnny (creator of Peeb Adventures and Turgor Pressure) Lets Go! Baby! Friends World is an online multiplayer horror game set within an old abandoned netgame filled with babies. In the game you can choose your character and their aura, then you set out into the game’s strange PS1 styled world in search of fun, frights and secrets.
The game has a shared world, so you can see other players as they play. You can’t really interact with them, but you can dance, make your aura noises and generally mess around. There doesn’t initially seem to be a whole lot to the game, but there’s a lot more to Lets Go! Baby! Friends World than meets the eye if you know where to look.
It’s a very cleverly crafted adventure with a fun world to play around in, a great PS1 era aesthetic and secrets that you’ll really have to think outside of the box to discover (This Spectrum Analyzer might come in handy). It’s got dancing babies with the faces of old men. What’s not to like?
