Main Menu is a clever little puzzle game that’s played out via the sliders and toggles of a pre-game main menu screen!
In Main Menu your objective is simply to play the game, but first you’ll have to figure out a way to get past the main menu screen. The menu screen is full of standard features, such as selecting your resolution and adjusting the volume, but everything is slightly sillier than a traditional menu – so for instance, adjusting the brightness just flips a light switch on and off. It also has some options you’ll never have seen before on a menu screen – such as being able to alter the volume and difficulty of the Subtitles!
It only takes around five minutes to conquer Main Menu but it’s a lot of fun while it lasts and it’s got some very funny touches. It’s a joy experimenting with the sliders and toggles to see what they do – every game should have a “shelf cleanliness” slider!
