Maybe Another Life is a creepy surprising gravity-bending industrial horror game that takes some very strange twists during its short play time.
In Maybe Another Life you find yourself on a journey through a strange industrial landscape where the laws of gravity are rather flexible. You use machines to rotate the world around you and shift the center of gravity in the process. It feels like the beginnings of a cleverly crafted Portal-esque Sci-Fi puzzler, but then you die and things get incredibly weird.
Maybe Another Life is part of a trilogy of games created in three weeks by three different devs. All three are interesting and they have some great ideas, but Maybe Another Life is perhaps the strongest of the bunch. It’s a fun game with a great sense of atmosphere and some great little twists. The gravity shifting gameplay could be expanded on in some interesting ways and the ending comes right out of leftfield. Wonderfully weird stuff.
