Night People is a silly but surprisingly scary first person horror game about a freaky cultist family that can turn into dogs.
A few days before the events of Night People I thief stole $25k and hid in a nearby abandoned building to avoid the police. A couple of days later the thief’s body turned up minus a head and minus the money. You have now found the building he went into and (foolishly) decide to go in search of that missing $25k. Too bad it’s home to a the Night People!
Night People has a few rough edges (such as the FOV being very low) and it’s not exactly highbrow horror, but it’s remarkably tense and has some very scary moments. The story is entertainingly schlocky and the jump scares have a remarkably high hit rate. A fun little bit of canine horror that will take a bite out of you!
