Nip For Speed 2 is a chaotic and very silly little adventure where you help a dog who has hijacked a boat to search for a drugged up cat.
Following on from the events of the excellent original, Nip For Speed 2 sees you helping a dog find the cat who was hurled into the sea in a car crash at the end of the first game. The gameplay is pretty simple – you just carry out certain tasks when the dog tells you to. These tasks are a mixture of illegal, silly and lethal, and all the while the dog stays at the help of the boat (and does a remarkably decent joy operating it!)
The original was a little funnier (largely because the cat was so unhinged), but Nip For Speed 2 is still a lot of fun and the gameplay has been expanded on considerably. Who knows what’s next for the troublemaking duo, maybe they could commandeer a plane!
