Nothing Left is a stylish TWINE-style interactive story that explores themes of compliance and resistance, with every choice you make leaving a different image on the digital tapestry before you.
Nothing Left is a beautiful, eerie and sinister little game in which you converse with a mysterious entity that judges you for your choices. The entity seems like it could be a religious organisation or government of some sort, but it’s left deliberately ambiguous so the player can draw their own conclusions, making the game feel that much more personal.
Taking just a few minutes to play through, you’re given a series of choices that often center around obeying the unknown entity or rebelling against them. There are no right or wrong choices in the game but every individual choice you make will affect the images that are sewn into the tapestry that represents your life.
It’s a very atmospheric and thought provoking game with a great visual style, branching paths and a vast array of possible final tapestries. It makes for a thoroughly captivating experience as you watch your choices being embroidered into the screen before you and the final product is a work of art that’s unique to you. A cleverly crafted and beautifully drawn game that shows who you are in a single picture.
