Office Point Rescue: Deja Vu is a fantastic retro FPS that plays like a blend of Goldeneye and Time Crisis as you infiltrate a building that’s been captured by terrorists.
In Office Point Rescue: Deja Vu you take on the role of a lone operative who has been sent into an office building to rescue hostages, collect intel and dispatch a gang of terrorists. In each level you need to collect keycards and find the breaker to activate the elevator. You play through six levels, but you can branch off into a totally different set of levels (and an alternate ending) depending on how much intel you manage to collect.
The gameplay in Office Point Rescue: Deja Vu feels quite similar to Goldeneye, but with an arcade Time Crisis vibe. The way the enemies react feels particularly like a shooting gallery style Time Crisis game and one of the weapons you find is even a lightgun. The gameplay is fast paced and fun, with most levels just taking a few minutes to play through, while also having lots of hidden collectibles and secrets to find.
It’s a great game that really impresses with its arcadey gameplay, stylish retro visuals and variety of secrets/unlockables. The guns are particularly fun to fire and the headshots feel REALLY good. Highly recommended.
