Outlaw is a Time Crisis-esque Wild West themed rail shooter where a gunslinger blasts their way through a bar filled with people out for your blood.
Created for the PS1 Jam, in Outlaw you wake up in a bedroom in a Wild West saloon and must blast your way out as everyone tries to gun you down. The game plays a little like Time Crisis, with you able to shoot and then duck behind cover to reload. You also have cards which represent your health and are replenished as you complete different areas.
It’s a little clumsier than the likes of Time Crisis so dodging attacks can be tricky (especially as you have to aim for a while to focus your shots). It had a lot of promise though, and it makes great use of the Wild West setting. See if you can shoot your way to safety!
