Paper Boats is a chilled out little experience where you sit down at a small wooden dock by a tranquil river, write messages on paper boats and read messages other players have left on theirs.
There are no objectives or time limits in Paper Boats – you simply sit down on a little wooden pontoon, enjoy the scenery, throw pebbles and share messages. There’s a stack of paper by your side which you can write anything you like on then fold into a paper boat and release into the river for a future player to eventually find. As you sit at the dock time passes (complete with a day/night cycle) and every now and again a paper boat will float by, which you can pluck out of the water and read.
It’s a fun little experience that does a good job of providing a peaceful and beautiful environment to connect with the outside world (something that’s a bit of a blessing in these days of seemingly eternal lockdowns). A tranquil experience full of positivity.
