Residentvania is a fantastic little fan made mash-up of Castlevania and Resident Evil: Village, which follows Ethan as he fights his way through Lady Dimitrescu’s castle.
Residentvania features gameplay based on the first level of the original NES Castlevania game and beautiful pixel art visuals based on Resident Evil: Village. It sees you taking control of Ethan as he slashes and shoots his way through the castle and has a fight with one of Dimitrescu’s daughters.
Taking 5-10 minutes to play through, it’s a short game, but beautifully crafted with high quality pixel art animation, a few secrets and classic Castlevania gameplay. The only downside is that it’s so short, but even as it stands it’s a great homage to two classic franchises. Highly recommended.
