Return is an emotional little narrative experience that sees you attempting to come to grips with the loss of your beloved pet cat.
Taking just a few minutes to play through, in Return you take on the role of a young man who is trying to come to terms with the loss of his pet cat. The feeling of loss is still fresh and your home is still littered with reminders of her – such as the bed she slept in and Mr Mouse, her favorite toy. The anguish is made even worse by the fact that you had to put her down due to illness/old age, but you’re not sure you have the right to decide if she lives or dies.
Getting over the loss of a pet is never an easy thing to do. They’re our furry little friends, who are always there to cheer us up with their antics and their companionship – which is what makes it so much harder when they’re gone. Return reminds us to cherish the time we do have with them and to feel happy for the time you spent together. Everything has to end sometime, but never forget they had a long and happy life by your side.
