RussianRoulette.io is an addictive and surprisingly strategic browser based multiplayer Russian Roulette game that sees you gambling with your life to earn cash.
In RussianRoulette.io you and four other players are randomly assigned to pixel art avatars of controversial world leaders and must attempt to either be the last one standing or to be the first to earn a big stack of cash. Unlike the traditional game of Russian Roulette each player has their own gun with six chambers and one bullet. You don’t take it in turns to shoot, you can shoot whenever you like, but it’s best to shoot when the multiplier is high as it means you’ll earn more cash for that shot.
Each time a player shoots the multiplier resets, then starts to increase depending on how long it’s been since the last shot. You don’t have to shoot at all and try to win by being the last one standing, but you stand the risk of losing to someone who reaches the cash total first.
It’s a fun little game, with charming pixel art animation and a competitive risk/reward mechanic that turns the age old game of Russian Roulette into a very tactical experience. Will you earn the big bucks or blow your brains out?
