Salamander: The Lost Kitty is a short, beautifully drawn and surprisingly powerful little point and click adventure/visual novel hybrid that sees you exploring a spooky old house in search of a cat.
Based on the Salamander webcomic, Salamander: The Lost Kitty puts you in the shoes of Erin, a young woman who meets a little girl who is crying outside a dilapidated old house. It turns out that she’s crying because her cat has run off into the house, so Erin then volunteers to go and find it…
Salamander: The Lost Kitty takes around five minutes to complete, blending visual novel and point and click adventure gameplay elements as you explore the house, search for useful items and attempt to track down that cat. The artwork is fantastic throughout but, without giving too much away, it’s the gut punch of an ending that really makes this game a must play. Highly recommended.
