Sausage Game is a darkly humorous point and click adventure where a hot dog sausage makes their escape to freedom from a cinema refreshments stall.
Drawing inspiration from the classic “Let’s All Go To The Lobby” movie theater intermission animations, Sausage Game is a short and spicy adventure where a hot dog sausage makes a break for freedom. The game plays much like a traditional point and click adventure, with you searching for useful items, solving puzzles and chatting to various oddball NPCs. It takes some pretty surprising (and very funny) twists along the way and the humor is a little darker than the cheerful animation style would suggest.
Taking around 20 minutes to play through, it’s a hilarious little adventure that’s packed full of great gags and silly snack-based characters. The movie theater intermission animation art style is fantastic and the audio design is also a real highlight – not just the character’s silly voices, but the sounds of the cinema in the background. A super silly sausage cinema adventure you won’t want to miss. Highly recommended.
