Sinbad’s Abandoned Road Shop is a retro styled horror adventure game where a blogger goes ghost hunting with a polaroid camera.
Taking around 10 minutes to play through, Sinbad’s Abandoned Road Shop plays much like a traditional visual novel, but more of an emphasis on puzzle solving. You take on the role of a ghost hunter who runs a blog called Ghostogram. Your hook is that you blog everything using your trusty polaroid camera, and today you’re checking out an abandoned road shop called Sinbad’s. Unfortunately for you this road shop is very much haunted and you’ll be lucky to escape alive.
It’s a fun little twist on the visual novel genre that makes great use of its polaroid photo premise and manages to get pretty creepy towards the end. See if you can escape to go ghost hunting again!
