sine(s) is a claustrophobic and paranoia filled little retro styled horror game where you’re tasked with unscrambling radio signals in a bunker.
In sine(s) you are a trainee who’s using software that simulates events occurring after a catastrophic earthquake. You’re holed up in a makeshift bunker that you need to maintain while matching wave frequencies of radio signals to descramble them. The transmissions seem pretty normal at first, but it’s not long until you start to receive more sinister ones…
The gameplay in sine(s) is pretty simple and matching the frequencies is pretty easy, but it’s a very tense experience with lots of atmosphere. Being holed up underground with no idea what’s going on above is very unsettling. Thank god it’s only a simulation!
