Snaklops is an inventive Snake-based puzzle game where you can only move in the directions corresponding to the arrows that your snake has swallowed.
In Snaklops you control a little snake that grows with every piece that grows in length with every piece it eats. This may sound quite similar to the traditional game of Snake, but your goal in each level is to cover up a certain pattern of tiles and the movement is turn-based so you have plenty of time to think about your movements. The reason you may need that thinking time is because your snake can only move in the directions displayed on the arrows that it’s swallowed (so if you want to move downwards you’ll first need to swallow the down arrow).
It’s a simple, but inventive concept that allows for some surprisingly challenging puzzles as you try to maneuver your snake around the levels without running into yourself. A clever twist on the classic game of Snake that will really test your planning and spatial awareness.
