Songs From The Iron Sea is a beautiful physics based underwater adventure where a magical aquatic creature finds themselves stuck in a metallic nightmare.
Created by a group of students from ISART Digital, in Songs From The Iron Sea you control a mysterious mermaid-esque aquatic creature that can gracefully swim through the water. You’re trapped in a nightmarish metallic structure that contains automated sentries and a giant robotic foreman, all of which aren’t keen on letting you escape. Thankfully you’re aided by a kind entity though, which guides you and even helps out occasionally too.
Taking around 20 minutes to play through, it’s a great little game that’s fondly reminiscent of Inside or the recently released SILT. The visuals are beautiful, the puzzles are well crafted and the way your character glides through the water is very enjoyable. See if you can help her escape her metallic prison!
