Stagnant Light is a creepy little stealth survival horror game in which you must avoid motion-sensitive monsters and seek safety in the safety of the hazy light emanating from the middle of a lake.
It’s not an easy task making your way towards the light – the lake is filled with monsters who will chase you if they sense you. You can hide underwater for short periods and you can can swim faster to try and outrun them, but that will create more ripples and possibly attract more monsters.
The excellent pixel art animation and creepy audio create a wonderfully sinister atmosphere as you swim through the lake, making you want to reach the safety of the light as fast as possible – because light means safety, right?
