Staircase is a wonderful meditative experience that gives you a place to reflect on your fears, your hopes and yourself as you travel down its beautiful staircase through the stars.
Staircase isn’t a game you can win or lose, it’s a meditative experience in which you reflect on your thoughts and become one with yourself. Played out in first person, you travel down a staircase in the sky, pausing at doors to write down the answers to probing questions it asks, such as ‘How are you?’ or ‘Who do you need to forgive?’. None of your answers are stored – you simply write them and watch as they vanish in the ether forever.
It’s not just guided meditation – it’s a transformative experience that will really have an affect on you if you open up to it fully. It’s almost like having a psychotherapy session – you get more out of it the more you open up and all the answers to your innermost problems really end up coming from yourself. Highly recommended.
