Stealth Crossword is a very funny and creative Metal Gear Solid inspired mash up of stealth action and crossword solving where you infiltrate a crime syndicate run by “The European”.
In Stealth Crossword you are a Solid Snake-esque covert operative who has been sent on a mission to stop a mysterious crime lord known only as The European. To disable traps and unlock doors you’ll need to solve crossword puzzles, which you do by transforming into the correct letters and moving into the appropriate places in the levels. However, there are also guards and alarms in your way so you’ll need to be careful not to get caught (though getting caught is a whole lot of fun too!)
To say too much more about Stealth Crossword will ruin any surprises, but it’s safe to say it’s no ordinary crossword game and it takes some hilarious twists and turns throughout its short 10-15 minute playtime. The puzzle design is very creative too, with some very clever solutions to the problems it throws at you. Highly recommended.
