The 3 Beards is a fun little 10 minute Lucasarts-inspired Point and click adventure in which you attempt to help three hapless adventurers fix their car after breaking down in the middle of nowhere.
The 3 Beards feels a lot like a classic Lucasarts adventure, with beautiful artwork, quirky characters, fun puzzles and a great sense of humor – including a few great in-jokes (such as a rubber chicken with a pulley in the middle). As well as the witty tongue-in-cheek writing, the artwork is a particular highlight, especially the opening cinematic, which looks fantastic and sets the scene perfectly.
The puzzles in The 3 Beards won’t take too long to figure out, but they’re well implemented and it’s a joy hanging out with these three hapless adventurers. A great little bite-sized bearded adventure well worth checking out for some lighthearted Lucasarts-style fun.
