The Coyote Kills The Roadrunner is a fun (and rather brutal) Roadrunner based puzzle action adventure where Wile E. Coyote finally manages to kill that pesky Roadrunner!
Drawing inspiration from the classic Warner Bros cartoons, The Coyote Kills The Roadrunner sees you taking control of Wile E. Coyote as he uses hair-brained schemes to kill the Roadrunner. The various means of murder are lifted from the cartoons (giant boulder, a ride-on rocket, etc) and they can all go badly wrong if you don’t get them right. If you do manage to kill the Road Runner it may help you complete a dark ritual though!
It is a little rough around the edges and buggy at times, but it’s a fun game that does a good job of blending the slapstick humor of the cartoons with a little horror. The cartoony visual style is great and it’s nice to see Wile E. Coyote finally catch that bird for a change!
