The Diner is a short and shocking little first person horror game where you search for your friend in an abandoned diner.
Created by D. Zenith (creator of The Father: Reboot), in The Diner you step into the shoes of a young college student who has been called up by an old friend and asked to meet up at a nearby roadside diner. When you get there however, it appears that the diner is abandoned. Time to have a little look around and see if you can find your friend…
The ending is a little abrupt and you never really find out what’s actually going on in the diner, but it’s a great little bite-sized horror game nonetheless. There are some fun little interactions and it manages to build a tense and unsettling atmosphere in its short playtime.
