The Driver is a weird little interactive first person animation where you get a lift from a very odd stranger.
There’s not really much in the way of gameplay in The Driver. It is very much an animation that you watch in first person, with you able to move around the camera as you listen to your odd new acquaintance. It appears you’ve been picked up by a talkative stranger. He definitely overshares a little and as things progress things get more uncomfortable, but surely you can put up with him for a short drive!
It’s an odd little experience that really impresses with its excellent facial animation and entertainingly realistic awkward dialogue. It would be great to spend some more time with the mysterious stranger, but also you’re glad to get away from him!
